Help! I know I have an account but can't log in. What should I do?
Check your email where you receive the Automotive Sales Coach daily training lessons and search for a message with the subject "Excellence Roadmap Password" to find the email with your password. Then click the 'Login' button in that email to access the system. If you can not find that email for any reason, you can click "forgot password" on the login page to reset your password.
I want to change my password. How do I do that?
You may change your password at any time by visiting the 'Profile' page located in the top menu. You'll need to know your old password prior to setting a new one. If you've forgotten your password, and can't find the original email with your password, log out and click the 'forgot password' link on the login page. You will receive an email with prompts to reset your password.
I'm a team manager, how do I add new users to my team?
Each rooftop enrolled in the system has no more than one 'Team Owner'. This account can add and remove users on the 'Manage Team' page found in the top menu.
A sales consultant left my team, how can I remove their access?
Your store's 'Team Owner' can go to their 'Manage Team' page, find the person to remove in their list of team members and click the button that says 'Remove' next to their name.
I've hired a new salesperson, how should I start them with the training?
Once you've added your new sales person (or manager) to the Excellence Roadmap system through your 'Manage Team' page, they will begin receiving daily training emails at 6:00 am the following day and Motivational Monday emails on the next Monday. Make sure the new team member is able to log in and then we recommend they start by watching the three 'Launch' sessions to get a bird's eye view of the whole process and mindset behind the Excellence Roadmap.
I need to add a manager to my team. How do I do that?
Add the user through your 'Manage Team' page, just like anyone else. Additionally, please send an email to [email protected] and let us know who you're adding so we can make sure they receive the correct manager emails.
What emails should I expect each week from Automotive Sales Coach?
Great question! While you always have the option to sign into the website and view material in any order, at any time. It's our commitment to make it very easy to proceed through the material in an intentional, orderly way. That's why we send daily training emails (5 per week) to every manager (sales and finance) and salesperson in your store.
To facilitate impactful daily pregame sessions, we also email managers 2 times per week. Managers receive a 'Monday Manager Minute' each Monday morning and on Thursdays, a Quiz to give on Saturday morning.
Everyone on your team also receives a 'Motivational Monday' email each Monday with inspirational content. This is usually a link to a video or blog post.
